Pushups and crunches, lift weights at home, etc.
Well if you had a pair of dumbbells you can do lots of different workouts.
To get muscle you need resistance, crunches and sit-ups won’t necessarily get you lots of muscle, just more definition.
You can do really so many different kinds of pushups. Crunches, leg lifts, reverse crunches, planks will be good for your abs. For leg muscle, I suggest squats, lunges, toe raises, and wall sits. Finally, dips are also good.
