HOW TO LOSE SOME FAT WITHOUT SACRIFISING MUSCLE?


I bulked up a aggregation recently, muscles and fat. Now I requirement to retrograde the fat. How crapper I do that without losing muscle? What should I eat? Should I do more coefficient training?
