		<description>I would just start doing push ups/ sit ups maybe lift dumbbells, try to do each thing every night and every once in a while increase how much of each thing you do, that should really help..
start out doing  maybe 50-100 sit ups, and try to do over 20 push ups and just keep increasing as you go on good luck</description>

		<description>I have been into weights, and other exercise for more than 40yrs. I try to eat the right kind of diet most of the time, like high protein, and slow release carbs. I am not fanatical about it, I try to find a happy medium. There are some days I will have things like pizza,  cake, and other things like this, but i try to balance the diet out over the week. The old saying about a little bit of what you fancy does you good, is very true. If you are really into the weights, you might like to try the Herbalife sports nutrition programme. This is what I take, Its all about total nutrition. My wife takes the weight maintenance programme, after achieving her goal. For more info on this, check out my blog. I  am not interested in making money by promoting this. I just want people to know about it. The products are excellent.

		<description>At 13 I don&#039;t recommend heavy weight training. At this age the muscle tissue is still developing. The best advice I can offer is to play a lot of sports such as tennis, handball, volleyball, swimming etc. These sports target the upper body and will also increase endurance.

Try some light exercises including push-ups and sit ups which can help prepare you in a few years time if you decide to begin more intense workout programs.
